We specialise in luxury pre-owned watches. All items are carefully authenticated and described to the best of our ability. As pre-owned products, some items may show signs of wear, which will be noted in the product description.
- All watches are checked for authenticity and functionality.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. We do our best to represent items accurately, but slight variations in appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
3. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure methods provided at checkout.
- Full payment must be received before dispatch.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer secure, insured delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
- Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed, although we strive to dispatch all items promptly.
- You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy, which can be found here. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all accompanying materials and documentation.

All watches sold by Impeccable Time are guaranteed to be genuine. We carry out rigorous authentication checks and include any relevant documentation where available.

As pre-owned items, warranty coverage may vary by product:
