RETURNS

At Impeccable Time we are confident that you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that peace of mind is important when shopping online. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, during which you’re entitled to a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at concierge@impeccabletime.com or using our contact form on our website. Once your email has been received we will be in touch on how to proceed with our returns process.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging along with any certification and accessories (if applicable). For new and unused watches, all factory seals must remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll contact you via email to confirm receipt and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
